PRACTISE FEELING HOW YOU WANT TO FEEL

Did you know that just like you can exercise a muscle, you can practise feeling a feeling. 

Why is this beneficial? 


Neurons that fire together wire together and as you intentionally practise firing signals to release a specific set of hormones to feel in a certain way you strengthen that neural network. 

Making this neural pathway the dominant connection and your practised feeling your natural setpoint. 

It increases your capacity to feel in a specific way, no matter the condition. 

You practise feeling the feeling by finding EXISTING MATCHES. Let’s say that you want to feel more happy. You then in your mind find things that are active in your life today that bring you joy. 

I.e. feeling the sun on skin, being in nature, giving someone you love a hug, reading a good book, drinking a hot cup of tea, spending time with friends. 

Invest a few minutes a day to intentionally practise feeling this feeling by finding existing matches to the feeling in your day to day life.

Notice how you day by day feel a little bit better as you increase your capacity to feel the desired feeling. 

And recognised the power of knowing that you at any time, in any circumstance know how to generate this feeling inside of you by finding existing matches.
